After using Dave Lange for pump out service a few times we called again for a clogged lateral drain line to a dry well. We had been satisfied with the response time and service before and assumed we would get the same again. They came promptly and attempted to clear the line, but after a half hour told me the line was clogged with roots and could not be opened and presented me a bill for the failed clean out, took my check and left. We waited for almost a week for them to give us a $2500 quote to replace the lateral. Before spending that kind of money we opted for a second quote. When I explained the situation to the new company, Their first suggestion was to let them try to clear the drain. Within five minutes snaking the line, the clog was cleared! I gladly paid them to finish Dave’s job and threw away Dave’s quote. The next day, I decided to call Dave Lange to tell them what happened and to ask what their refund policy was in this situation. The woman who answered the phone, took my message and promised to call back. Several days later with no return phone call I called again. This time, a man, who I assumed was an owner, answered the phone. He seemed a bit evasive about any kind of reparation, but promised me he would discuss it with someone and call me back. Another week later I called again and left a message with no return phone call. Another week later I called back and gave them one last opportunity to call me back. That was a week ago and still no callback!
I am not upset that they couldn’t do the job right the first time. I’m upset that they had no customer service follow up. Not even a courtesy call. Nothing! They had no problem taking our money for an unfinished job. But they did not value our business enough to make a simple phone call. Terrible customer service. Terrible business ethic.

Everyone was great. Danny was very informative, honest and professional. He really did a great job. I have had the misfortune of using other companies in the past. Every tme they left, my cesspool looked like it was never touched. Not only will I refer them to everyone I know, they also have a new lifetime customer. I was having a sewer backup in my basement and they came on Monday and advised that my sewer trap was buried (which they do not handle, and every other sewer company I've spoken to since will provide that service), they also did not see that I had a sewer access valve in my basement, and then decided on their own to snake my basement toilet for $220+ without my consent (which most plumbers will do for $110). Not to mention that 2 days later my sewer is backed up again and I have an overflow again. Sewer company that is here now has sent a camera down my sewer line, located the issue in my pipe that is 50 feet outside my house and is snaking my sewer line which is the only thing that will resolve this issue. Thanks for doing work I never authorized and taking my money for an issue that you did not resolve!

Incredible service! Use Dave Lange Sewer Service. My apartment sinks were backed up, and standing water! No one was available until next week! Gene Duffy Plumbing was kind enough to call me with this referral. "Jessie" in dispatch got 'Robert" to me in an hour! He was fast, professional, and good. Very reasonable cost to snake and clear.

I called this company on Sunday 4/19/20 evening and got Dave on the phone. Not very often are you able to speak directly with the owner especially on a Sunday night. He answered all my questions about septic tanks and cesspools and I had lots of them. He had Robert and Dan at my house the next morning to service my septic tank and cesspool. The 2 technicians were very neat and polite. The company's vehicles we very clean and with their name on them which help put me at ease knowing they are who there and established. They did a great job and will be using only them in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again Dave and to your staff.

I called a popular company and the employee came and seemed baffled as to what the problem was. He spent two hours at my home and told me that I was going to need a service that was over $1,000. I felt he was not being honest with me so I declined and called David Lange Sewer Service. David Lange came, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. It took him an addition 15 minutes to clear the problem and it only cost me $185. Thank you so much David Lange Sewer Service, I would recommend you to anyone!
