I live in Central Florida and had to attend a wedding in Manhattan on June 6th 2026.
Since I was flying in on Thursday 4th,
I needed to find a hair dresser in NY to do my hair.
My sister has been going to Ikea so she suggested I go to her.
I set up my appointment on line and sent Ikea a picture of how I would like myhair.
Visited the location on the evening before and met Ikea for the first time.
While there, I enquired about getting my make up. She suggested Cassiah.
On Saturday 6th Ikea and Cassiah did their job.
When my husband and I were awaiting for the hotel shuttle to take us to the wedding location, I got a lot of compliments from guests.

Our first trip to IKEA Beauty Bar was SO much better than I expected, and it's all thanks to you! I'm usually super nervous trying new places, but you were amazing from the moment we walked in. Prompt time and That warm smile? Seriously, it made us feel right at home. It felt like we'd been coming to your salon for years! You just *knew* what we needed. Did I mention the picture my daughter showed she got what she wanted. That was another plus.

My daughter's prom hair and makeup were absolutely stunning – she looked and felt phenomenal! You and your makeup artist did such a fantastic job, I am repeating but she looked absolutely gorgeous. Thank you both so much!

Ikea is my natural hairstylist. She is extremely professional and attentive to your hair. I normally get a crochet hairstyle and I receive so many compliments. Honestly, everything Ikea does is exceptional.
