High professional, always on time and at a very competitive price. Thought of things that other companies over looked when giving initial estimate. Kept in constant contact threw phone and email as project progressed. Finish ontime and left our house clean when they were finished.
I’m giving GR flooring 500 24k gold stars!!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gary and his staff. As the owner of a dance studio, the floor is the most important part. I needed something that would look spectacular but make tap sounds clean and crisp, turns smooth, and jumps easy on the knees. I expressed all my concerns to Gary and he was able to walk me through a very scary and intimidating process, find the perfect fit for all my needs, and in the end make the process fun and exciting! His crew was extremely quick, CLEAN, prompt and very knowledgeable. Gary responds to all calls, messages and emails in a timely manner, and has so much patience! And, everyone LOVES the floors! We went with a multi-toned maple that people cannot get over it stop complimenting. I really could go on and on, but the main point is that you don’t need to look elsewhere for hardwood floors. Gary is your guy!
**Highly Recommend**I cannot say enough about GR Flooring. We had one floor installed and stained and the remainder of the house refinished - not only was the price extremely reasonable but the work was performed beyond our expectations. The guys were extremely trustworthy and professional. Gary called each day with an update and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this company. Our floors are stunning. We are so happy with the outcome.
