Five stars are not a high enough rating for this company. Steve and team installed a ductless system in our cabin 2 years ago. When we had a problem with the outdoor unit they stood behind the equipment going above and beyond what Trane offered for a warranty to replace the entire unit instead of just the compressor. Good individualized customer service. They sell very reliable products at affordable prices. Its a sm family business so their service area may be smaller than much larger businesses. Count yourself lucky if you live within their area.
