First time using this company! Walking in the building itself was appalling. We used the back entrance which looked like a cute lil porch but with cigarettes and an ashtray laying around. Went inside and total chaos. Atleast 6 dogs barking non stop. Pee all over the floor. The bathtub was falling apart. The guy that helped us had no idea what he was doing. He was very unprofessional had pants on that showed his butt crack.everything was outdated and nasty not to mention the stale smell of cigarettes and body Oder. Never again!!

I used to take my husky to pet-friendly since he was a baby, until he was 5 years old. Then, they informed me they would no longer take him because he had become aggressive. My husky is a long-haired one, so I was stressed thinking about how I would keep his fur well-maintained if I wasn't able to find a groomer willing to handle him. I called this place and told her what had happened, and she, without hesitation, told me to bring him in. She said if there's anything she can handle, it's dogs that need gentleness and patience. She assured me she was capable of handling him, and she was right! My husky couldn't look any better! Not even with the previous groomers, which were more expensive. I love the way she takes care of my fur baby. If you have a fur baby that suffers from anxiety or doesn't do well with people, this is the place to go! I would never take my husky anywhere else. The compassion, love, and patience she has for fur babies is unmatched! 🥰🐕🦺❤️

Charlie had his first ever grooming experience! We have a Portuguese water dog (8 months old) …..We dropped him off and Cindi did an amazing job. She even brought him home to us, with an ornament with his first hair cut!
