I am so glad I found this place a few Month's ago. The owner is sweet, friendly, quick and efficient. I've been to a many nail places and Michelle is by far one of the best. I love that I can either make a appointment or just walk in and My nails end up looking Gorgeous every time.❤Thank you Love Nails!

I was a devotee to Love Nails until my last experience. I noticed that they reused files, brushes & drill bits which is really not cool during COVID times. So I brought my own. I handed them to the technician & asked her to use them. She took them & then proceeded to use the same files she had just used on other clients. Even IF there was a communication issue, it was clear that what I handed her was to use on MY nails. I didn't make an issue of it (probably should have). No temperature was taken when I walked in, nor was I asked to fill out a questionnaire which is required at this time.
