This place charges $294 for a doctor visit + $650 for a flu/covid test = $944 to say I don’t have flu or covid. And if anyone needs labs done they should consider labcorp because they do the tests without a doctors referral for a fraction of the cost.

Very dissatisfied with the practice. Dr. Dingwall has been great but the staff can't seem to get a simple thing right. I myself work in the medical field as a nurse and this is a disgrace. My insurance company, pharmacy and myself have all reached out to the office on multiple occasions with no response. If you can't handle the workload with the current patients that you have, you should definitely not be taking on new patients. Even called the office to speak with the office manager and they couldn't even get on the phone to speak with me. Next step will be transferring to another practice that can provide appropriate care for their patients.

THE 5 stars are for the doctors, PAs, and office staff between 2005-2024. I was a patient of Hilton Health Care since ~2005. I started with dr Eric Cederstrom as my PCP. Such a kind man and good Dr. Sadly, Dr Cederstrom passed away 2008. This was devastating to all his patients. RIP Dr C. I then became a patient of Dr Benson Zoghlin. Different Dr. Different approach. Extremely smart. I soon came to trust and highly respect Dr Zoglin—he worked with me through different medical situations that arose. He was a straight shooter, never giving up on helping his patients. Dr Zoglin retired in Fall 2024. He was one of the best doctors I have known. I was sad to see him leave Hilton Health Care. Of course, I wish him a wonderful retirement! I’m not sure which doctors are there now, nor how smoothly the office runs. My son and I were both lucky to be patients of Hilton Health Care for many years in the past.

Ever since RRH took over it has been terrible service. They say to ask questions on MyChart but then takes weeks for answer or no answer at all. I have been going here for 34 years and the great Dr. & Patient relationship is gone

Poor service!! Ever since they joined RGH it's been like a Drive thru medical service. The good Doctors left because they wanna be Doctors not drive thru medical services that just wanna be paid! Very sad

I am pretty disappointed with the care that I have received from Hilton Health Care recently. I was seen by Dr Dingwall about 2 weeks ago. I was sent for some tests the next day and have yet to hear back about the results of these tests or what my best next steps are. I have called several times and have left messages on the portal as well with no response. I will certainly be switching to a near dr in the near future.

Sophia Daniel was my PA, I highly recommend her. Great demeanor and solid medical diagnosis and advice. I'm surprised to see the reviews so low at these offices. I find that i'm able to get appointments on short notice and the office staff is reasonably personable.
