From sales to the ac replacement, the process was excellent. Jeff is is a good person. The technician Andy Denice was very professional during installation. I always say do it with them. Good Company!
Shawn Whitney, the gold medal technician who came was super excellent. Very respectful, knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he was doing and showed me the results of the test he did during the maintenance work of the HVAC. I was confident in giving him the trust that he will do a good job. He did a very thorough job but fast. Gold medal should be proud of Shawn, he represented the company well!!!
