I just had a facial and a microdermabrasion. Done by Laura. It is so relaxing at this location. She is so nice, friendly and thorough. My skin is getting dry and getting blackheads around my nose which I can't see with my aging eyes. She took care of me. The prices are decent. A little lower than some other locations. I was a little irritated & very little redness but nothing noticable. I was concern but I followed her instructions and my skin looks great. Thank you Laura

What a terrible experience:
Dr. Perri told me on February 1st of 2024 that my insurance will cover 10 free sessions, I told her that I will wait until the insurance approve these sessions and that I would like to the know the copay before my appointments, that I don't want to have a bill in the end of the month. She insist that everything was fine and just go for my appointments. well last Saturday 03/09/2024 after my visit, Dr. Franklin, he asked if Dr. Perri informed that I need to pay $40 for that session and for the others ones, that my insurance denied my 10 free sessions, she never call me, she lie to Dr. Franklin saying that she talked to me about this, I never received a bill for these sessions, so now I need to pay $160, when I call dr. Perri to ask for an explanation, she don't even apologies for her mistake, she just said that she didn't know that the insurance will no give me those free sessions and now I need to pay, I told her that I will pay but never will be back to her place, she charge to my credit card without my authorization $200 on 03/10/2024. What a terrible customer service for this person. I would like to share my terrible experience so this doesn't happen to another person.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Maria Perri for the experience I had which began with a phone call I had placed to her office tentatively seeking chiropractic treatment for my 17 year old. First, to my surprise my call was answered by Maria herself…when does this ever happen in healthcare anymore!!! What followed was a professional, friendly, open, and exceedingly helpful conversation. As a Physical Therapist I was seeking out a treatment philosophy to address more than a quick manipulation. Maria quickly understood my request and guided me to Dr. Franklin who treated my daughter the very same weekend in the new office. He was thorough in his evaluation, explained his background in his treatment of athletes, and explained in terms my daughter could understand. It was clear to me that Maria has the best interests of her clients at heart and her desire is to have the highest standards of care at Wellness Springs. Dr. Franklin is a great addition and we are looking forward to our next appointment with him.

Never disappointed, Dr. Perri provides state of the art treatment, along with massage therapy, facials, and yoga. Her staff is superb, professional along with making one feel safe and comfortable in her beautiful quiet setting.

I went for a 90 minute massage last week at Wellness Springs. To start the therapist was late for the appointment. The massage technique itself was ok. What made the massage uncomfortable was the sound of the gloves?! on my body. Yes, the therapist was wearing gloves and this made it impossible to enjoy the massage. I will not be back.

Horrible… saw “Dr”.Perri if I could give her zero stars I would. Went there for a 7pm apt didn’t get seen till 7:20 because she was chit chatting with clients before me. Second off she is a provider that is covered by my insurance I went there for a simple adjustment which I should have only paid a 15$ co-pay for, the day of the apt she charged me 30$ then 6 months later charged me another 30$ saying I still had an outstanding balance. I ended up paying 3 times what I should have paid and didn’t even get a decent adjustments Stay away from this place !!!!

Fantastic place. Clean and relaxing - knowledgeable massage therapists. Would recommend highly.
