Hi,Recently my well pump would not shut off so I called AAA American pump. The company responded promptly and determined the problem and fixed it. They have all the right equipment for well work and were a pleasure to deal with. The cost to fix the problem was reasonable and I will definitely call them when the well pump needs to be replaced. Water softener. Sarah is personable, kind and knowledgeable. She listens, helps you understand, and answers any questions, no matter how many you may have. It is what a business should be like. All those referred have also been extremely satisfied. It is A number 1. A good decision for anyone who needs a pump or water conditioning system.

We lost water at 8 PM on Tuesday. Sara answered my emergency call immediately and said she'd be here at first light the next morning. Not only did she arrive on time, but throughout the entire service call, she communicated well: telling me what was wrong, explaining how she knew what was wrong, and how she could fix it. It turns out that the thirty-year-old pump had gone bad. In less than two hours the water was back on and the bill was less than a third of what I was quoted by the other companies in the area that supposedly provide 24/7 emergency service-- but who did not get back to me until AAA had already fixed my problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
