Had a known circuit board issue with Amana washing machine. This is a known defect and whirlpool has a special project to get the boards replaced rather than recalling. AVIN knows his stuf!. He replaced the board and gave us great advice on maintaining a washing machine. He told us about the correct/ ideal amount of detergent to use and how to correctly load the machine. Great, knowledgeable, prompt, and respectful service. He’s like old school techs. Thanks again. Whirlpool however…. I have lots of complaints. They had Ai answering my emails and gave the company the wrong contact number for the first appointment.

Outstanding experience! Whirlpool washer had a common issue, they ordered the part over the phone and did the replacement next day! Nice early morning repair and 20 minutes later my mom’s washer is back up and running. The best part - - Warranty ! Thank you so much !!

5 stars to Wind Service!! We used them this past week for a broken washing machine. The service tech, Caesar was on time for the appointment, polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. When I called to schedule the service, they were very nice on the phone also. Highly recommend this company in the future for all repair needs!
