I was told by the manufacturer LAARS, to use this company to repair my Natural gas wall hung unit . It needed service . Again. This company responded to the call but sent an older gentleman who did NOTHING but look at the screen when there was obvious problem with the unit. PULSE DID NOTHING ! Even after being recommended by LAATS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ONLY RESPOND TO CALLS TO GET $195 TO WALK THROUGH THE DOOR BUT HAVE NO EXPERTISE ON HOW TO REPAIR THE UNIT .
