I don’t go for acupuncture as regularly as my husband, but when I do, it’s because I really need it and this clinic has been incredibly reliable every time.

I’ve been coming to this acupuncture clinic for about a year now, and it has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my overall health and wellness.
After moving from Flushing to the Hicksville area, I was worried about finding a new practitioner I could trust, especially since my previous acupuncture office had set a pretty high bar. Thankfully, I came across this clinic, and Dr. Park has completely exceeded my expectations.
From day one, Dr. Park has gone above and beyond in both care and attention. I initially started treatment twice a week to help manage anxiety, general stress, and occasional neck pain. Over time, I noticed a real shift not just physically, but mentally as well. My body felt more balanced, my anxiety became more manageable, and I was able to transition to weekly visits while still maintaining those benefits.
The treatments themselves are consistently gentle and virtually painless, which was something I really appreciated. The clinic creates a very calming environment, and small touches like warm blankets during sessions make the experience even more relaxing and comfortable.
Michelle at the front desk is also wonderful. She’s always welcoming, organized, and makes scheduling easy, even when things get busy. Speaking of busy, Saturdays can fill up quickly, so I definitely recommend booking in advance if that’s your preferred day.
Another big plus is that the clinic accepts my insurance, which makes ongoing care much more accessible. I typically just handle my deductible per visit, which is a huge relief compared to fully out-of-pocket treatments.
Dr. Park also offers herbal medicine, which I’ve tried once and found to be very effective. It’s clear that the approach here is holistic and tailored to each patient rather than one-size-fits-all.

In Korea acupuncturists receive a training like PCP's do here and that is the key to understanding Dr. Park, as he has a thorough understanding of how your whole body works together and is amazing in what he is able to treat. His herbs are spectacular and I consider him a tremendous blessing. Finally, both he and his wife who runs the clinic have hearts of gold and are just super people. Dr. Park will not let you down!
