The cleaners were efficient, friendly, and extremely thorough in their cleaning. I have cleaned my bathroom many times over the years, but it has never looked so shiny and new! I would gladly use the two ladies who came to my home again to clean other rooms. Thank you.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience.

I hired Molly Maid because I am 9 months pregnant and wanted help preparing my home before my baby arrives. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

The cleaning team arrived significantly earlier than scheduled without any notice. There were two cleaners for about two hours, yet the quality of the cleaning did not reflect the time or cost. Several areas were overlooked, and the house simply did not feel thoroughly cleaned.

The most frustrating part was that I specifically asked for my bed linens to be changed and even laid out the clean sheets for them. Instead, they made the bed with the same sheets that were already on it.

I was also incorrectly charged for an extra hour of service and had to call to have the billing corrected because the team arrived early and left later than the scheduled timeframe. While the charge was eventually fixed, I should not have had to catch and resolve the error myself.

The cleaners were also not particularly friendly or professional, which added to the disappointment.

I genuinely wanted this service to work, and if the quality and professionalism had matched my expectations, I would have happily become a regular client. Instead, I was left feeling that I paid for a premium service but received poor attention to detail, billing issues, and an overall disappointing experience.

Veronica and Wendy from Molly maids came to my condominium today to do some cleaning after I had several windows installed, and there was quite a mess left from the construction. I must say they did an excellent job and getting my condo back to where it was before construction they were on time and were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs cleaning done in their house..
