LI Terracotta Tile

My husband and I redid our kitchen 3 months ago. One of our big decisions was what should we do with our terracotta floor, stain it or refinish it? The father and son team were incredibly patient with helping us decide. They would even be ready for us to change our minds on the day! We picked a color and lived with it for a week. Our final decision was to refinish it with a satin top coat. The two Rich’s did a magnificent job making our floors look like new while keeping the natural characteristics of the terracotta. They even created mock tiles where there was ugly cement. We must say, they are true professionals, reliable, incredibly talented and are so polite. The floors we used to think were so ugly are now our favorite feature in the new kitchen!

Our floor went from worst to best! We thought it was a lost cause. It looks so beautiful now. Rich and Richie Jr take such pride in their work and are passionate to please the customer. We look forward to seeing them again when they come back to help us keep the floor looking “new”.

I highly recommend this company.. They refinished my Terracotta floor to perfection... They were very neat, polite, and punctual.. Also price wise they were very fair.
