I have been coming at this salon for past 10 years, Anna is good, recently, new worker Tina has been hired at this place and she messed up my hair. I told her showing a picture of dark golden High lights I spent there 3 hours and all she did was brown hair, no highlights were seen. All messed up, never seen such a poor work in 12 years, moreover, the woman is not ready to accept she did wrong, telling me to come back to fix it so I can spend there 3 hours more.I cannot stay there whole day to spent more money. such a poor work I am so embarrassed to show my hair to everyone. I showed her the picture told her multiple times to do dark golden highlights and that lady Tina argued you said light, hair is not even looking good. Not worth of spending $200 for this poor work. Very disappointed.

Very unprofessional- 1 star is even too many Called on Wednesday to make an appointment for a blow out on Thursday; was told sure no problem come in 12-12:30 I'm in a cast ( broken ankle) so i have to get rides since I can't drive. I arrived at salon at 12:15- doors locked ( open sign on) Called Anna; she said oh one of the girls fell and can't make it - and if I could come in later.. I got another ride to go back at 1:30 Again, doors locked Called again and Anna told me Maria was at doctor appointment - no sorry, no phone call to let me know I ended up going to Golden hair salon as a walk in- they not only took me in immediately but did a fantastic blowout Anna, your customer service today was absolutely appalling

I have to say the haircut is great but 75 dollars for layers is outrageous. I have an undercut so half of my hair is shaved off which means less hair to cut. I will not be returning.

Not for men. Not unisex. It might be a good salon for ladies but they don’t have well trained people for a good men haircut.

I got hair extensions from this establishment and the stylist told me they were real hair. I was lied to. The extensions were completely synthetic hair. I will absolutely never go back.

Devi is the best person for threading, waxing, and facials. She always takes her time to listen to what I want and gives me the perfect shape. She's the only person I trust with my eyebrows so I would recommend her to anyone.

Very unhappy!! Walked in to have a touch up on my Brazilian blowout that they had done 3 month earlier. We discussed options and Anna thought a Keratin Tx would be adequate, as only my roots needed treatment my hair was straight but a bit frizzy. The owner, Anna, told me it would be the same price for a Keratin Tx as the Brazilian I had 3 months ago. I remembered it was about $220-$240 but was not sure. When staff called Anna, she said the cost was $350. I asked staff to check the records of what I paid just 3 months ago but, staff could not and Anna wanted $350 for the treatment. The treatment generally costs $200-$250. I have had Keratin Tx before; I will never return to that Salon. I highly recommend getting an actual cost agreed upon before anyone begins working on your hair. Very unprofessional and unethical, in my opinion.
