We have used Botto Brothers since we moved into our home 3 years ago, they have handled virtually every plumbing project in our home. They are consistently professional, on time, efficient, and always get the job done right.
Most recently, they installed a whole-house generator. To be honest, I wasn’t sure it was something we really needed. Three weeks later, we hosted a 60th birthday party with over 60 guests and a four-piece band. In the middle of the celebration, the power went out. Within seconds, the generator kicked on seamlessly, and the party continued without interruption.
What makes the story even better is that the utility power didn’t return until the following day. We had a house full of overnight guests, and thanks to the generator installation, everyone remained comfortable and we avoided what could have been a very stressful situation.
The quality of their work, their expertise, and their reliability continue to exceed our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing and home services company.

If you want honest and knowledgeable plumbers Botto Brothers is who you're looking for. They installed a new water heater, legalized gas lines, and did a gas pressure test for an outstanding permit that needed to be closed. The girls in the office were great and the plumbers were great. I highly recommend Botto Brothers.

I give Botto Brothers a rating of 1 only because it does not let me give a rating of zero! Botto Bros installed a Lochinvar boiler, An Indirect hot water tank and added Heating zones for more than $18,000. They failed to register the system with Lochinvar so I lost a 10 year warranty and instead tried to sell me a $750 a year maintenance plan. They installed the condensation unit improperly in my chimney. The piping was pitched the wrong way, and the condensing unit was pointed the wrong way causing Condensation to run into my basement from the chimney. I spent $3500 on Plumbers trying to figure out what the problem was, and then another $2600 to get the problem corrected and repiped out the correct way. I have documentation to prove all of this. Feel free to contact me for details. Stay as far away from Botto Brothers as you possibly can!!
UPDATE 4/30/26 **** Had a phone conversation with Chris and explained all the issues. Sent him documentation, pictures and recordings. Although he states that his door is always open and that he does the right thing, he emailed me that he will not entertain correcting the problem, case closed, and his reasoning reinforces his lack of understanding of mod/con boiler systems and how dangerous the condensation is if the installation does not provided proper drainage. As stated earlier, anyone can feel free to contact me for further details, explanation or documentation.

3 years, 2 different plumbing services and endless continued replacing of Kohler parts. Finally Kohler had enough and sent Botto Brothers, Tom, to fix it and guess what? It’s fixed.The previous plumbers had messed up the installations leading to the failures and as soon as Tom saw it, he said, your buttons aren’t supposed to be sticking out like that. 45 minutes later and it was fixed. I can’t recommend them enough.

Tom was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable! Figured out the issue with our steam generator for the shower and how to resolve. Returned for the install, it went great, he was quick and efficient! Highly recommend Tom and Botto Brothers.

Botto did our gas conversion, and they made it easy to handle all the steps needed from the Town and National Grid. Plus, they provided excellent workmanship. Very happy with their quality of work and would go with Botto again.

Superb boiler installation on Columbus Day. They worked eleven hours and got it done in a single day. I was grateful during the recent hard freeze when the unit performed perfectly.

Highly recommend! We were not getting any hot water in our Kohler shower system, had six plumbers come in and try to fix the shower valve/cartridge. We were told to rip up our shower wall to have a whole new shower body placed, would cost us around $4000. Tom from Botto Brothers fixed it in no time. Honest company and knowledgable plumbers. We're extremely grateful and would absolutely use them again.
