Botto Brothers did a fantastic job with a water heater install for me at a good price. Tom and Jason were wonderful and professional. I would definitely call again for future work.

My toilet was leaking botto brothers said it was the bottom seal on the toilet he changed the seal thinking it was fix 🤪turns out the leak was coming from the water tank not the bottom seal they had to come back and fix it now they are charging us for another service call after they totally misdiagnosed it the first time what a ripoff

Botto Brothers are always here when we need them. Service people are super nice and helpful. From installing an entirely new heating unit to helping with a pilot problem. We have been recommending them for years.

Shockingly terrible service. They set up service calls but never showed up! Friendly office lady made excuse after excuse. They promised to reschedule and did not show up again! Want to take off from work to be stood up multiple times by Botto? The third time a grumpy son of the owner showed up and was clueless as to what to do and left without repairing my kitchen sink. Yikes! I called another plumber, he came the next day, replaced my entire kitchen faucet, pipes and valves under the sink and charged me less that Botto quoted. I'm surprised that Botto is still in business. BOTTOM LINE -- AVOID BOTTO LIKE THE PLAGUE!
+++Update: In response to their response: The reply does address the root of the problem(s) -- zero follow through and lie after lie! No, you treat customers like garbage. It has nothing to do with the quote and I did not talk to Frankie. My advice is to Botto is to stop lying because then you don't have to tell more lies when the customer figures it out that you are scamming them!

We were very pleased with Roger and his team. Our project was more involved than a typical demo and Reno. Roger was knowledgable and available. We had total confidence in his ability to see this through. His tradespeople were excellent as well. We started when promised and finished in a timely manner and on budget. We love the finished bathroom. We would highly recommend Botto Brothers !

I did a oil to gas conversion with Botto Brothers. Roger Botto was easy to work with as we went over various options. They installed a high efficiency boiler and new indirect hot water heater at a very competitive price. They used all quality parts, installed to code and the install was professional and neat.

Charging $195 just to come out and diagnose it then $300 for every hour. Give me appoint 2 days later. This is rip off. I called other companies they came and diagnosed the problem for free and got it fixed for $350 dollar on the same day.

Hired Botto Plumbing to fix a Thermosol steam unit in my house. All was well, the unit was removed and I paid for the refub and the removal. When the technician was leaving I asked what the cost would be to reinstall it and was told $150 and he would be there no longer than a half hour. I wasn't home when the man came to reinstall it, and when I asked my wife how much he charged I come to find out he charged over $450 to reinstall it, which is more then it cost to take it out by approx $150. So I called the company to inquire and was promised a call back which I never received, so I call them again, reexplained my position and I was told Roger (I guess that is the owner) said he wasn't going to adjust the bill. This reeks...unethical. I'll be cancelling the credit card payment through the bank and I'll issue them a check for the $150. (I wasnt even asking for an adjustment to the $150) since we cant resolve amicably...Awful... The kicker for me was the lady there said happy holidays to you and hung up (?) and I'm sure there will be another review following this, by a made up person stating how wonderful they are...over and out.
