I love this spa. I love the front desk and the therapists there are great. Everyone's experience will be different but not to where it will be so-called "awful". I have had many massages before and the therapists there are terrific.

In today's world, a business that offers services of this nature and doesn't have a website -or- an alternative to review their services and prices, unless you call, it's probably the last place I would ever personally consider. If you don't call within their business hours and just drove by their establishment, like I did and want to learn more about their services, you can't, because that's not an option. If you happen to remember to call the next day, an associate answers and reads you all the services and prices, like you're supposed to remember it. Very inconvenient.
