Dr Rosen and all staff are far most amazing!! Since day one we were received with open arms no matter the circumstances! While I appreciated the friendliness of my visit, it was months after my initial appointment at the veterinary clinic before anyone followed up with the prescribed chewy food for my cat. I was disappointed with the lack of follow-through. However, since my original review, the clinic has apologized for the mishap and graciously provided the prescription food for my cat free of charge. I hope they can improve their communication moving forward, as I believe they genuinely care about their patients.

My dog Lulu needed knee surgery.
They were so helpful getting me through the surgical process .. From an orthopedic recommendation, lab work to speaking with the orthopedic surgeon about Lulu.
Dr. Rosen and her staff return my calls quickly . Dr. Rosen has called after office hours to check in on Lulu.
