I recently returned to Herkimer from the Saratoga area and bought a house. I needed floors installed upstairs, four bedrooms and a hallway. Skipping to the end result - the floors are beautiful! Along the way I was treated with outstanding customer service and consideration. In order to get me in to the house as soon as possible Jim and staff scheduled around a crew that was working in another part of the house. Jim’s crew even worked on a weekend. I knew that I would be pleased with the floors. I was pleasantly amazed by the extra effort on the part of Jim and crew to move my project along as quickly as possible. Go to flooring store in the Mohawk Valley!!! Jimmer is excellent to work with. Dealt with him at Johnsons for our whole house build , was able to find us exactly what we were looking for and was sure to meet our budget needs. Nothing but the best!!!! Thank you Johnsons
