Hands down some of the best customer service i think i have ever seen in any shop, i am the General manager over at Esporta in Henrietta right across the street and my tire went flat i called jiffy lube 15 monutes before close and they were kind enough to send someone over to help me replace my tire, sadly my lugs were stripped so i rolled my car over to their shop and they fixed it for me the next morning! I can not stress enough how amazing these group of guys are, will definitely be a returning customer!

I went to a few places in Henrietta who turned down my request to help me fix my light. I’m new to the area so this stressed me out because having a light out makes it risky to drive to school, work, etc… Jerry took up my request and fixed it perfectly and even helped me with other things going on with my car for an amazing price.
