I was really angry because there was miscommunication and nobody showed up to the appointment (it was scheduled after hours). I screamed at them and was rude- they didn't react negatively to my tantrum. The supervisor came over in person to take care of me. Very nice guy- apologized profusely and did not charge me anything. I insisted- but he refused. Real customer service. They care about their business. ❤️❤️❤️

I contacted Urgent Locksmith to get a car key duplicated. Al offered a fair price for coming directly to my car's location and making and programming a key and key fob on the spot. (Another vendor wanted a bit more money for the same service.) Al was quick and easy to communicate with. He seems to know a lot about car security and locks. I later got a lower quote from another vendor, but I would have had to travel to their location, which is why I think Al's price was fair. I received an upscaled, personalized service in record time. So if your time is valuable, then Urgent Locksmith is the place to contact.

locked my keys in my car at midnight. Came in 15 minutes, was quick, skilled even when my cars security system was going a bit haywirw. very kind and professional. honest and fair price
