Greenpoint Locksmith came over late at night when it was rainy, windy, and freezing cold. I called on my way home when I realized I had left my keys in the apt and they were there when I arrived. I ended up having to have someone come back the next day because of an issue that was discovered with my lock that was not the fault of the locksmith, but they fixed it anyway and didn’t charge me any additional fee. After looking in to a few pest control providers in the area, I decided to go with Esquire because they are a family run business that's been around for many years. Steve asked a few preliminary questions over the phone and scheduled a visit. The morning of, he called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. Bed bug paranoia is no joke. I kept getting "bitten" and couldn't find the source. I know how quickly an infestation could escalate so I knew I had to call in a professional before I became the most hated person in my building.
