Terrible service screaming at me just over policies for not being "6 feet apart" when none of their workers were following their own policies, workers without masks, kids running around without any mask. So my friend and I left once they scream at us to pick a color at their pace. To them we were too slow. Their service is so unprofessional, never again.

I needed my nails done because I was traveling the following day and thought I'd get a nice set of tips done for the trip. When I went in I explained to the nail attendent what I needed done. When she started doing my nails I noticed the one of the tips was applied crookedly, I asked her nicely to correct it at which point she refused and continued to add the tips crookedly. I asked her to stop and fix them because she she doing a sloppy job. She proceeded to stop doing my nails and told me I can find somewhere else to do my nails and asked me in a very nasty way to leave the store, practically throwing me out of the nail shop. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was just as nasty and rude. I will never step foot in that horrible place EVER again and have already warned everyone o know to never go there. That nail shop needs to close down!!! They are rude, disrespectful and don't know a thing about customer service. Anyone thinking of going to that places should please, please, please stay away from that horrible gusting place. I must say the name fits it well, it's a horrible, disgusting Nail Trap!!!!!
