I would rate this place zero if I could. Don’t waste your money coming here, go somewhere else that would actually care about you, and treat you with respect and dignity. This place is ran by amateurs who don’t understand the meaning of customer service in the business that deals with nothing but human emotions. Don’t listen to the other reviews, Wanda Is extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and arrogant. I absolutely beg of you, Do not under any circumstances give them your business, do yourself that favor. This is by far the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to deal with and heard of in any business. But if you do you do decide to come here, some woman named Wanda might wanna “help you” (she’s old and had a terrible wig). If I could leave a negative review I would. The woman we’ve been dealing with, Wanda, is so unprofessional, rude, and lacks compassion. She’s made this already horrible time 100x worse through her unusual and disgusting behavior. She has a lot of slick comments, and refuses to acknowledge how horrendous her actions are. She’s the worst funeral director ever and I hope to never have to do business with her ever again. She needs to be reported for her behavior. I tried to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau but they’re not listed.
