I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with this agency. I was assigned a steady case Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and I relied on those hours as part of my regular income. Without any proper notice or professional communication, I was suddenly told not to return because the previous aide contacted the family directly and asked to come back.
This situation was handled very unprofessionally. Once a case is reassigned, there should be clear boundaries and communication managed by the agency—not individual aides going behind the agency’s back to reclaim cases. She hang up in my face she said bye while i was till talking she didnt even wait for me finish to talk i finally see why and the reason i was waiting to answer why i put this rate and i never get paid for the orientation
Their operators are rude and robotic. If your aide calls in, youre on hold for over an hour and cant usually get someone same day. They seem to have no substitute system so you have to rearrange your whole schedule. Their aides can call in anytime they feel like it so you're stuck.
