Building has a major problem with noisy ventilation. Sitting in a second floor waiting room is like sitting on the runway at JFK. How does a building get built for so much money and yet no one pays attention to HVAC?

I really like Dr. Drangsholt, the urologist I take my special needs daughter to, but this practice’s office is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Over the last 26 years we have had A LOT of specialists so we have dealt with a lot of offices.
EVERY phone call gets routed to the answering service, where you have to leave a message in a tediously slow process. Heaven forbid you miss the return call (not returned very quickly at all, sometimes never) Messages between office staff get mangled, office people tell you inaccurate information, instead of finding out the real answer.
