I called Mike out of the blue because the local Thule shop did not have any replacements keys in stock. They directed me to Mike, who in less than an hour was able to research and cut my replacement keys so I’d have them before my month long trip. I will be using Mike for the indefinite future. The old lock on our front door finally broke and we were unable to open it from inside or outside. I called Mike and he was over in 30 minutes. He had a replacement lock on the truck and was able to make multiple copies of the key right on the spot. He charged a very fair price and the lock works perfectly. It is a pleasure to deal with a small business owner who is pleasant, competent, and very fair. He is highly recommended.
