Customers appreciate their punctuality, professionalism, and the quality of their work, including installing new heaters without issues. The team is experienced and knowledgeable, consistently showing up when expected and doing a great job. They are friendly and responsive, earning high recommendations despite some comments about higher prices and past office staff rudeness. Overall, clients are very satisfied with their services, trusting CV Pool & Spa for maintenance and repairs, and plan to continue using and referring the company for their pool and spa needs.
They do a great job, opening and closing the pool, show up when they say they will, answer the phone, installed a new heater with no drama, lovely people. I couldn't recommend any company more highly.
We are getting pool service from CV Pool & Spa since year and very satisfy with their quality, on time punctuality, and friendliness. I would recommend all to try for self. Price wise they are are little expensive compared to other around, and thats why I took away one star. :-)
Chris and his crew of guys did an amazing job on both my hot tub, and my unground pool. After using other service companies in the area, it is a no-brainer. Go with CV Pools for the best service you can find.
