George and Nora deserve a new rig. Tiffen is supposed to be the gold standard. They absolutely don't care about their customers. I'm sick and tired of these companies basically ripping hard working retired folks off. We have a 1985 Prowler and have never experienced any issues. It was purchased new 40 Years ago. It's been to 50 states and thousands of miles with absolutely no issues. We were going to purchase a new one but now we won't. Please start taking care of your customers

Customer service is awful no one wanted to answer the phone after i bought a polarizing lens from them and never got it or a confirmation email, then when i was finally able to talk to someone they acted like i was speaking a different language and hung up on me again, then i callled again and they said what i bought was sold out but they still made me pay for it, so now im still calling them because no one wants to answer
