Where do I start.The worst service company that I have ever had to deal with.SunPower hired them to perform a simple task of installing a new monitor system for my solar.A tech showed up in January, did nothing ordered some parts and then company disappeared. I called SunPower after their visit many times and they kept saying that they are waiting for a report to be submitted.So after 2 months I've got an email from renewusa, that service will be performed this day between 1-3. Without a call or confirmation on my side they decided to schedule me on the day that was convenient for them. So I ended up asking my mother to come stay at my house. I was super nervous to call and wasn’t sure if they could help me with all of the customized things I needed but I am happy to say that my expectations were exceeded! The agents were very professional and I was able to get an estimate in a timely fashion and the best part was how affordable it came out to be!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Working with Renew USA Solar and Roofing has been nothing short of a great experience. The staff is not only knowledgeable but they are reliable and professional. Acee went above and beyond and made the whole process a stress free, especially for me as a first time homeowner. I would recommend Renew USA to anyone in need!
