The salon space was bright, clean, and well-decorated! Easy to find, plenty of parking and food around. I loved how calm and private, yet welcoming it felt—even the music helped set a great vibe! Salihah was very gentle but quick & efficient and I LOVED the end result of my Microlocs! The price was right and she was a true professional, educating me through the process and making sure every Microloc was moisturized and cared for as she worked. I felt so comfortable the entire time and I will NEVER go anywhere else, thank you Salihah: YOU ARE THE BEST!

Original Beauty Hair Salon provides a wonderful and relaxing experience while getting my Microlocs retightened. Salihah started my Microlocs in August 2022 when done, my starter locs was about 2 inches. Now in August 2024, my locs are now about 6 inches long. Her gentleness with retightening and very simple methods makes my Microlocs healthy, growing and thriving!

The service is amazing. I've been going for over a year now. Sahliyah is awesome, amazing, and very sweet. This is a boutique, so during your time, you are the only one there. That is one of the things I love about it. The salon is very small, but it's just you, so it feels fine. She welcomed me from the first day and has continued her kind and welcoming spirit. The picture on here is accurate. The salon is located inside a locked building with a ton of other salons and tiny stores. They have to let you in as it is by appointment and then you go to wherever you are supposed to be. The prices are very high and have gone up again, since I started going. I'm sure that in this private locked building, the rent is very high...
