Totally disappointed with the way this business received their new scripts from Doctors. A portal is used for Doctors to place their scripts. However, no one picks them up.
After many call attempts to their customer service to have one of their managers to call back was never happened.
On the fifth day, I called to check on my wife’s script and I was informed that none was found.
I asked to check their portal and after minutes on hold, I was informed that it was found.
I am told that only few have access to the portal which does not include the representatives that take customer calls to order supplies

I’m disgusted by this company’s neglect to patients. They double down on their mistakes so many times. Spoke with Travis and I’m disgusted by his inability to understand basic correlation. They processed me with the wrong supplies and tried to double down stating it said the possibility of getting a full face mask. When that’s not what I was told I was getting. Then when the insurance I had was due to expire in April, I placed an order in March around the time the insurance was still active. A terrible customer service experience. I needed to speak to a technician related to the Resmed Airmini CPAP machine I purchased from Hampton Homecare and over last 10 days I reached out to Hampton 3 times (phone and chat) and advised them of my issue and I was advised on all 3 occasions that I would receive a call from one of their technicians. I never received a single call and my issue remains unresolved! Totally unacceptable. They will sell you something but clearly not there to support you once the purchase is over. Beware. Jerry
