I have had this Agency for my mother since October. While the Aides a very nice the Agency is the worst! It is the 20th of February and I have been without an Aide 5 times and only once was due to the weather and that was after the aide had worked 6 straight days. They don't have people to cover the assignment and are very content to simply not send anyone! Extremely unprofessional!
