my cesspool backed up on October 8th with guests at my house. Having used Deep Impact in the past I placed a call and they came within an hour, despite it being a Sunday. The main guy, Courtney, immediately found the cap with no damage to the lawn. They pumped the pool, added sulfuric acid, and were gone in less than 30 minutes. Great response and fantastic service!!

This company is the best. We have been serviced by Courtney (the owner) for 10 years now. Very honest and reliable. Plus our driveway is very difficult to get in and out of. Highly recommend them.

I called them yesterday and they showed up today at 8AM. Looks like they did a good job.Very kind and professional.Will call them next time as well.They did a great job and I remember their vibe was so positive.
