Barbara is such a light! I went to Barbara looking for a wig after losing my hair to chemo. She made the process fun, while still being so empathetic and understanding to the journey I am currently on. She was flexible with scheduling and very patient and helpful. I tried on almost every wig in her store and was able to get a wig so close to my natural hair (color and length!), which I’ve been missing dearly. I ended up leaving with a beautiful wig that made me feel a little more like myself again. I truly appreciate her kindness and what she does for people with hair loss. Losing one’s hair can be very depressing and extremely devastating. No matter the reason, it is extremely difficult nonetheless. A friend found Barbara on line knowing that my Mom was struggling with hair loss. After reading the reviews about Barbara, we were sold. Upon meeting Barbara, it was immediately evident , the genuineness and empathy she felt in regard to my Mom’s hair loss. Heard of Barbara by word of mouth. She is the best kept secret on Long Island. She is so knowledgeable and understanding. She cares for her clients (I use that term because customer doesn't cover her care and attention to your needs). It is a very difficult situation that requires patience and understanding which Barbara has both. Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment. You're in good hands with Barbara.
