We had a major problem with our awning and other companies we called said they didn’t even work on this brand. GSS was very prompt. I sent them pictures and they setup a service call the same day. The technician Paulie diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes of arriving. He could have easily told us that our awning motor needed to be replaced and we would have been none the wiser. Instead our fix was a lot cheaper. I appreciated his honesty. I also appreciated how quickly this company responded. Also, the pricing was also transparent and upfront. I highly recommend GSS.
