I have had them help with everything from installing a new furnace and more recently putting in a new sink and shower hardware. Pressure is much better now and anytime I've had an emergency they are there without fail. Wouldn't consider using another company

I needed my furnace replaced last year due to a cracked boiler. They did an excellent job installing my new furnace! It runs great and is much more efficient than my old furnace. I'm very pleased with their work.

I woke to 7 degree weather outside and no heat - called Smalls and they were at my house within two hours and were able to fix the problem within 1/2 hour. They are wonderful - and Maria who answers the phone is great to deal with.
