Superior Pack Group

Superior Pack Group is recognized for its attentive and friendly staff, who are fast and efficient in getting customers in and out quickly. This packaging company specializes in chocolate and milk products and is well-managed, fostering good relations with customers and truck drivers. The location features a shipping and receiving office that includes a toilet, and while there is limited overnight parking available, it is not ideal for truck drivers to sleep overnight, as many choose to stay at nearby locations like Walmart or a petro station.

The company has a clear delivery route system with signs that help direct customers to the correct area. They have five docks and are very busy, so it is important for truck drivers to keep their appointment times, as delays could lead to rescheduling for the next day. Upon arrival, drivers should check in with the yard manager, who will scan a barcode to initiate the unloading process. While unloading may take some time depending on how long counting takes, the staff's professionalism ensures that the experience remains manageable. Overall, Superior Pack Group is easy to find and use, especially with clear instructions and signage.
