They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, courteous and prompt, and they are not looking to sell you something you don't need. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right before they leave your house. They are trustworthy and reliable, and I wouldn't use anyone else.
I called Weber & Grahn at 10am for an emergency visit and not being a customer of record, felt surely I would be told(for the third time this morning), "10-14 days for any new customers". However, quite unlike thetwo other HVAC establishments I called, Ms Nicole of W&G was courteous, caring, and very professional. She explained everything and immediately sent me out a new client form to complete and scan back. I was then told I am on the urgent list and to expect a call from a technician within 12 - 24 hours. I have been using Weber & Grahn for many years for all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them. It's always quick and easy to schedule appointments and the technicians show up as scheduled. The service crew and installers are all friendly, trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for having 24/7 emergency service and actually showing up when I needed you!!
