I made an emergency call to them on Jan 2, and they were there inside 15m, dealing with a mains flooding basement. Saved us from more significant damage. Can't speak highly enough of these folks, book 'em now!
Dennis installed our outdoor shower and then patiently walked us through how they winterize. We set up the return visit for October to drain and store for the winter. Super convenient.
