“I’ve actually been using FI for about 7 years, and they have been awesome! I find them to be very fair with pricing. They are upfront with how much a service call and how much something will be.Yesterday I needed an emergency service call after optimum fried my router (mine) and model (optimums). Because I owned my router, optimum would not help me. At about 2:45, I received a call and was told they would be at my house in 30 min and in about 10 minutes, he told me I needed a new router. Less than an hour later, the modem was at my house from their office and installed and I was back online!I think anyone else would’ve left me without internet and watching only channel 7 all weekend (my remote is WiFi).Thank you so much for always coming through!”
