He showed me the process step by step on how to download a new operating system onto a hard drive, how to take apart my own computer safely, how to make decisions on which parts and which computers to buy, and a bunch of other stuff. He was happy to answer the many questions i had about how stuff works, and went into extremely detailed responses, making sure i understood before moving on. He doesnt just repair your computer and send you on your way, he is a guy who is invested in teaching the customer how to be self-sufficient and understand the process of how a computer works, so they can better navigate owning and using one themselves. He is more than happy to help people on their own journeys of self-education as he helps them repair their computers, and values the learning process, a very respectable, and increasingly rare trait to find nowadays.
