I moved to Hammondsport five years ago, not knowing a soul. I still remember my first yoga class at Keuka Peaceful Roots, and how - even from that very first moment - I could feel just how special a place it was. Since then, I have met so many kind and genuine individuals who are a part of the KPR family. The teachers are deeply attuned and genuinely care for their students, and because of that, my yoga and meditation practice has continued to deepen. It is truly a one-of-a-kind community. I cannot imagine how different my experience in Hammondsport would have been without Keuka Peaceful Roots. I am endlessly thankful and could not recommend this studio enough.
Absolutely lovely people teaching and taking the classes. My husband has noticed his balance has improved, and I didn't even realize I had back discomfort until it was gone! We couldn't be happier. We have an amazing woman in her nineties in our class. ❤
Licia and Gwen lead an amazing yoga class for our bride and bachlorette group at our location! Plans changed last minute and Keuka Peaceful Roots worked with us to accommodate our inquiry!
