This stuff really works! The specialist Mary is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The whole practice is centered around getting to the root of medical/mental health issues instead of just treating symptoms. Plus the sessions are like getting a massage and going to therapy in one. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone in for a series of sessions of reflexology and hypnosis seeking general mental and physical health improvements. I had lingering knee issues from a recent ski injury for which Mary addressed in the reflexology and gave me some homeopathic remedies.
