When my parents' air conditioning went out—during a critical time as my mom is battling cancer—Bill Young immediately sent a crew to replace the unit. On the very same day, the AC in their rental property also failed, and Bill had a second crew there without hesitation. Both units were replaced quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price.
Bill and his team were not only honest and efficient, but also incredibly compassionate during a stressful time for our family. Their responsiveness and integrity made a huge difference, and we are deeply grateful.

As always, Schall &Young came to our rescue and the service tech was on the ball, communicated regularly and went to the nth degree to take care of us.
