RJP came out to repair my broken sewer line. They did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I still couldn't flush the toilet. Javier Jesus and his partner came to jet the line. Still couldn't flush the toilet! He tried snaking it out, but the snake wasn't long enough. They came back with the big power snake and made things flow again! Thank you very much!!! I had this service done through HomeServe. Should I need to call them again, I will request RJP. Thank you again!

We had RJP out twice through Homeserve to snake our sewer line in March. The first time they didn't have a long enough line with them to get the full issue, but they did the best they could and it helped and we hoped that was it. Unfortunately it wasn't and they had to come back out with a longer line and resolved the issue promptly. They were out within 24 hours of the request and we professional and prompt. The only negative I have is that I would leave a different cell for them to call when they were on their way and both times it wasn't given to the worker that was doing the job so they called my line instead. It isn't a big deal but was frustrating.
