Experience was great just a couple issues. One with billing. I paid my bill in full before I left. I then got a bill for $25 because the wrong x-ray was inputted at my visit. OK, I get that but then I was charged a a small finance charge. Small, $1. But I was charged because of the original billing error. In there defense, I just paid it. Not worth the effort to upset anyone's day. That did not affect my rating. I was quoted more than 2x the price for dental work that I was quoted at another dentist. That's extreme. $3500 compared to $1600.

This was my first visit to this office and I was very satisfied with everyone who I came in contact with. They explained everything to me and recommended what treatment I needed. I was very impressed with the state of art equipment that I saw. I felt very welcomed & comfortable. Thank you! Gertie

I can't overstate how much I love Lakeshore Dental Care; they have the best dental hygienists in the area. When you leave there, you know your teeth are clean. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you want to keep your teeth. ? Thank you Carine for helping me keep my teeth.
