I decided just over a year ago to start taking Kung Fu here and I'm glad I did. It's great to combine a workout with a specialized skill such as self defense... on top of learning about the history of the martial art itself!
The Sifu's are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. They are very accommodating to all skill levels as well! Highly recommended!

I started taking Tai Chi at Kung Fu Buffalo several months ago, challenged myself to try something new. It has been a very positive experience, instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive of your particular journey in learning. It has been beneficial physically and mentally, I look forward to the class every week.

Shifu Dan and the other instructors run a well -organized class and relate to students of all different skill levels. Whether you're in it for self-defense, physical exercise, or mental well-being (or all three!), I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to take that next step to better themselves.
