Losing my mom was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through, and I am so grateful that I chose John J. Kaczor Funeral Home to handle her arrangements. From the very first phone call, they were compassionate, patient, and incredibly kind.
They walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I truly felt that they cared about my mom as a person, not just as “another case.” Her wishes were respected, and everything was handled with dignity and professionalism.

Having to plan and prepare to bury your family member is not an easy task, but Jim made everything so easy, so reassuring, so comforting. Jim was so kind and patient with our big, Italian, military family and never once questioned our needs. I cannot thank Jim and his team enough for the care of our father, our family and especially my mom in her grief. Thank you!!
